Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Drifters marketplace. By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Drifters plugin marketplace ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. Drifters reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Products & Digital Goods

All products sold on Drifters are digital goods — specifically Rust game server plugins. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final upon successful download or access. You are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plugin on your own Rust server(s). Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased plugins is strictly prohibited.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our plugins complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Drifters uses PayFast as its payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayFast's terms of service. Drifters does not store your card or payment details. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed purchases will always be honoured at the price displayed at the time of the transaction.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Drifters will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

6. Plugin Functionality & Compatibility

Drifters plugins are developed and tested against specific versions of the Rust game and its modding frameworks (Oxide, Carbon, etc.). Because Rust is a live-service game that receives frequent updates, plugin compatibility cannot be guaranteed indefinitely. We will endeavour to provide updates where reasonably practicable. Drifters is not liable for any downtime, data loss, or server issues arising from plugin installation or use.

7. Intellectual Property

All plugins, source code, branding, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of Drifters and its developers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written permission of Drifters. Purchasing a plugin grants you a licence to use it, not ownership of the underlying code.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) use our plugins for any unlawful purpose; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute our plugins; (c) attempt to bypass any security or access controls on the Site; (d) upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code; or (e) use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drifters, its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or its products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

All information on this Site is provided in good faith. Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE). While we strive to ensure that all product descriptions, version information, and pricing are accurate, Drifters does not warrant that the Site is free from errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors without liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
